What are you good at?
What are you known for?
What's your "thing"?
In short...
What is your "claim to fame"?
I've struggled with this for a long time. I've always had super talented, driven, and/or passionate friends. The thing with their talents is that they are tangible. They can make or do something that you can see the result of. My best friend is one of the best photographers I know, and it's not just that she's talented, she is truly passionate about the art of photography. My closest friend from high school is a nurse and is one of the best all-around people I've ever had the privilege to know. I've had several friends who can do and fix just about anything computer related. Another one of my friends is a film maker. She has been for basically all her life. She went to a small liberal arts college geared toward the artsy people like her, and is now living the dream out in Hollywood, working on the Sony lot.
I don't really feel like I have a specific "thing" that I'm good at. My "claim to fame" is that I can find just about anything on Google. It's true. Ask my sister. She's not biased at all.
So what are you good at? What is your passion?
I'm still looking for mine.

Interpretive woodcarving. Underwater. I'm the best.
I think you're very talented, you just don't believe in yourself. That's why we're friends. :-D
